International Orders

For other countries shipping cost and time are depending upon the distance, weight and order value. All International Shipping and Customs Duty Clearance/ Charges, will be calculated at the time of shipment, which will be duly informed to you.

Worldwide Shipping is Free of Charge* and however rest of the charges, Customs Duty Clearance/ Charges of your country, if any, will be borne by the custome. *Subject to the general Terms & Conditions, that the cost of delivering the shipment, being reasonable enough for us and that we may be able to recover our basic cost of the items including manufactured/created/purchased by us to fulfill the order placed by you. Else, we will inform you, in case of our inability to fulfill your order or seek possibility of collection from our store, and a full refund or credit shall be issued to you. Please note that the Delivery of Products are being done by 3rd Party Services Providers, and will be sharing your Address & contact Details with them to arrange the delivery of the products purchased by you . Easy & Fair - Returns/ Exchange/ Refund Policy

RETURNS/ EXCHANGE – We have an easy exchange & return policy for our customers, despite having  excellent Quality Checks in place before dispatch, Still If you find any issues with your purchase we will be happy to assist you.  Please Drop us an email info@kapas.in  or Contact us at +91 888 295 1907 for support our as soon as possible, & within the next 3 Days of receiving your purchase, subject to a valid reason and also that we shall  receive the items in the  same Original Packaging Conditions with Clothing & Tags intact. Else, we may not be able to accept the returns. No Returns will be accepted for any items, if it is found to be worn/ used/disfigured/ colored.  Also note, that all returning cost for any exchange or returns shall be borne by the customer. 

No Returns for the purchases made with any Discount or Offers  or coupons. All the discounted purchases are final with no returns possible. 

No Returns available for Customized Designer Wears or for any Personalized Items.

We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have enough time to review your purchase after receiving your item to request a return.

We do not want anyone who is not happy with their purchase to feel they have to keep it.

We will also need your order number, name, address, phone number, email address, the product name and colour, and the reason for the return. In case of damage, please send us a photo of the damage. Without this information we will not be able to figure out who and how much we need to refund. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number of the purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or if the colour is not what you expected.  The colours on a computer screen are not exactly like the colours in real life, we understand that and if the colour is wrong, please do not take the set apart, just send us a note and we will issue a return label. This way we might be able to sell that set to someone else and save everyone money in the future.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.

 

Please note, in case of any dispute, The Terms of Use and the Policies shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. For proceedings arising therein the Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
