Order Returns

We have an easy exchange & return policy for our customers, despite having  excellent Quality Checks in place before dispatch, Still If you find any issues with your purchase we will be happy to assist you.  Please Drop us an email info@kapas.in  or Contact us at +91 888 295 1907 for support our as soon as possible, & within the next 3 Days of receiving your purchase, subject to a valid reason and also that we shall  receive the items in the  same Original Packaging Conditions with Clothing & Tags intact. Else, we may not be able to accept the returns. No Returns will be accepted for any items, if it is found to be worn/ used/disfigured/ colored.  Also note, that all returning cost for any exchange or returs shall be borne by the customer. 

No Returns for the purchases made with any Discount or Offers  or coupons. All the discounted purchases are final with no returns possible. 

No Returns available for Customized Designer Wears or for any Personalized Items.

To return an item, please follow the instructions provided in your order confirmation email. Once you have received a confirmation that your return has been accepted. You will need to include a copy of the order invoice and the item in its original condition.
